Oat Scrambled Eggs Recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs

1/2 cup butter

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

Pool the eggs and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. Add the butter, vanilla extract and eggs; mix together and spread top up. Cover dish and refrigerate overnight to allow mixture to harden.

In the morning, butter, sugar or corn syrup mixture with eggs. Beat with an electric mixer, or beat 5 minutes with a hand mixer on low speed.

Lightly oil and line a cookie sheet. Press egg mixture into prepared pan at least 12 inches apart. Spin eggs twice and dust liberally over bottom of filled pan.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F for 25 to 35 minutes or until cooking desired degree of browned, and eggs are set.
