1 fluid ounce grenadine syrup
1 fluid ounce orange brandy
1 fluid ounce pineapple juice
1 fluid ounce orange soda
1 fluid ounce pineapple ginger ale
1/2 fluid ounce lemon juice
1/2 fluid ounce lemon zest
In a shaking glass or plastic container, mix grenadine, orange brandy, pineapple juice, orange soda and pineapple ginger ale. Stir and chill for two hours or until very thick. Slice lemon zest into a small spoon; arrange onto a separate plate for garnish.
