Ninja Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup water

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 teaspoons lemon juice

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

2 teaspoons prepared yellow cornmeal

1 cup chopped onion

1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped

1/2 medium head cabbage, cut into 1 inch pieces

1 cup cooked chicken breast meat

1 pound mushrooms, sliced

1 large carrot, sliced

1 small onion, sliced

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried basil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

In a medium saucepan, bring water and oil to a boil. Stir in lemon juice, pepper and cornmeal.

Add onion, bell pepper, cabbage, chicken and mushrooms; cook and stir over medium heat for 5 minutes. Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 5 to 7 minutes.

Stir in carrot, onion, cabbage, mushroom, carrot and onion; cook for 5 minutes.

Stir in green beans, parsley, salt, pepper, salt, garlic powder and chili powder. Cover and simmer for 1 hour.
