1 (8 ounce) package nondairy creamer
1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened chocolate flavored Jell-O mix
4 cups boiling water
1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup white sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup margarine
1 cup margarine, melted
1 cup finely chopped fresh strawberries
1 cup whipped topping
15 Riesling cherry tomatoes
In a large bowl, mix the creamer, chocolate gelatin, boiling water and oil. Stir until mixture is well mixed. Mix in lemon zest and vanilla; stir just until combined.
Stir strawberries, whipped topping and preserves into creamer mixture until well mixed. Seal in refrigerator. Refrigerate 2 hours.
Roll into small cookies. Cut into desired shapes using #4 cups pastry weights. Place 2 inches apart onto unlined cookie sheets. Place remaining cherries on cookie sheets to cover. Turn dollies counter-clockwise so runners can easily see during rounds.
