1 tablespoon butter or margarine, divided
1 1/4 cups dry milk powder
1/4 cup uncooked white rice
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground white pepper
8 (1 ounce) feta cheese, crumbled
4 ounces baked potato
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Spread the ricotta mixture into an 8x8 inch baking dish. Arrange the feta cheese and potato on top of cream cheese. Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 8 hours, or until it is opaque. Serve warm with your favorite cheese spread.
