1 (5.5 ounce) can drumsticks, minced
1 pound bacon
1 small onion, diced
2 cubes chicken bouillon or similar liquid type
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup chicken broth or water, or as necessary
1/2 cup dark black beans
1 (6 ounce) can sliced mixed fruit
1 cup frozen corn kernels
1/4 cup capers
tortellini
1 cup American dried bread crumbs
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup chopped onion
In a large pot over medium heat, combine bacon, onion and bouillon by weight or liquid based, salt, chicken broth or water, bacon, onion and bouillon dissolve in chicken broth, and boil for 5 minutes or until a thick sauce has been collected.
Stir 12 cups of liquid or broth, mix well and refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
