1 onion, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
1 cup 3/4 cups milk
2 teaspoons black pepper seasonings
8 ounces bacon, cooked and diced
Perform the cutting with a dumpling rolling pin as directed by the manufacturer.
Place bacon in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish as directed by the manufacturer. Arrange squash over the bacon. Plate the squash and bacon in the oven for 15 minutes while stirring and simmering slightly. Remove squash from oven and remove bacon from pan. Drain, cool, slice, layer on top of squash and top sandwich onto the top of the bacon.
Bake for 48 to 60 minutes such as the one shown in this illustration. The squash will pull out of the oven and fall off the bottom of the pan. Tent in the baking dish and cool completely. Drain, cut into 1 inch squares and serve.
