What a great recipe! I butthrew everything in the 9 inch springform and it was amazing! It took about 25 minutes to boil and cook.

very good, a little bland, i used 2 tbsp raisins for color and used 1 tsp. basil for color and 1/2 tsp. garlic powder for flavor and added salt. i also used olive oil instead of vegetable oil. this roasted up so beautifully and was perfectly tender, moist and flavorful. these are great for autumn and should be eaten before they turn brown.
