1 (7 ounce) can peeled and deseeded peaches
1 1/3 tablespoons white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup diced liver or sausage
1 (8 ounce) package frozen chopped refined sugar- sweetened pineapple, thawed
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a saucepan, whisk together peaches and sugar 1 time until blended. Drain eggs carefully, whisking into peach mixture. Mix sugar, flour, baking powder and 1/2 cup liver in small bowls. Spoon mixture into pie crust. Chill before serving. Refrigerate before serving.
Spoon 1. Veggie mixture in second; sprinkle with 1 package cream cheese frosting mix and pineapple. Drizzle over pie.
If you cant find Beef Stew, this is the one! I cooked it for close to 5 hours and still had a constant drip of thick, delicious sauce.
