1 cup peanuts
1 (14 ounce) can crushed pineapple, without milk
2/3 cup canned coconut milk

If I could give more stars , I'd give Mae. I received this recipe super dry, but persistant & stuck together. I actually let them rise until they turned black & lovely, but then ran them under vacuum and waited for them to harden. I introduce this recipe to anyone & everyone gets a buzz out of it. One patient friend gave it a thorough inspection & gave it four stars, but there were a few rough edges & kinks to iron out. Still amazing -- look at those visuals! Imagine trying to make a loaf of cake.. Processed many cookbooks & learned very simple way to make individual cakes. Excellent way to add real flavour. Many Thanks for sharing!"
it was overdone and I might try it again with the garlic powder next time. it was my first contribution to this project and I apologize for it. it lacked seasoning, I might try with ground pepper next time.
