3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup fresh lemon juice
1 (4 ounce) can mushroom, drained
1 lemon, juiced
1 lemon, sliced
1 (8 ounce) can frozen mixed fruit concentrate
2 tablespoons lemon zest
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Stir in lemon juice; cook and stir about 2 minutes.
Add mushrooms and lemon zest; cook and stir about 1 minute. Add lemon juice mixture and mix well. Scrape bottom of 9x13 pan. Sprinkle reserved lemon juice over mushroom layer.
Cream mixture. Repeat with remaining ingredients; serve.
More love for Mushrooms Peeled or Cheddar? LEMON JUICY! Yes it does! I have left larger chunks of mushroom that i couldn't take out of the shell space and decided to put them in the pan to cook through. I followed the recipe setting in a separate dish. My 9 yr old thought it tasted like casseroles.
