1 (8 ounce) container cream cheese
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup white sugar
2 (3 ounce) jars sliced key lime fruit
1 (9 inch) prepared marshmallow creme
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
2 egg yolks
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, butter, white sugar and key lime fruit. Beat well. Whisk together the marshmallow creme and sour cream.
Stir in the melted butter, brown sugar and egg yolks, then stir to combine. Beat until smooth and pour into pie crust. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
