Red Wine McCoy Recipe

Ingredients

4 red vines - cut, broke and wood trimmed

1 red onion, chopped

6 sprigs garlic, diced

1 cube butter or margarine, chilled or softened

2 1/2 cups unsalted butter

2 eggs

Directions
