Made this to use up some Christmas stock and I didn't think it was necessary but it was pretty darn good. If I could give more stars, I'd give you a thousand thanks. This recipe was exceptionally easy to follow and tasted great. It was also very good, especially with the stuffing mixture leftovers. As it said, I used half of a large yellow onion and about two cloves of garlic. He added the right amount of spice and put the right amount of texture into the biscuit. It was nice and forgiving. Next time, I'll probably add more garlic salt,too.
