1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup chopped pecans
In a medium bowl, mix softened cream cheese and softened cream cheese until smooth. Stir in sugar and vanilla extract. Cut in pecans.
Cover and chill in refrigerator. Prepare the ice cream by placing 2 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture in the bottom of a 9 inch springform pan. Place the pecans on top of the cream cheese mixture. Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Bake in an ovenproof dish.
