1 exclamation point or more to taste
3 ounces half-and-half cream
1/2 cup uncooked spaghetti sauce
10 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
1 egg, beaten
1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
6 slices bacon, overly cooked and grated
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup sliced pepperjack cheese
In a medium saucepan, combine three quarts half-and-half cream, half-and-half spaghetti sauce, mozzarella cheese, egg and green bell pepper. Stir over medium heat for about 1 minute, or until mixture is bubbly. Remove from heat, pour into crust of pie and sprinkle with bacon. Shred Mozzarella cheese, then sprinkle with pepper jack cheese. Cover and chill until serving. Serve warm or chilled.
