1 pound lean ground beef
1/2 cup Italian-style salad dressing
4 liters tomato juice
1 1/2 pounds shredded Cheddar cheese
4 carrots, diced
1 3/4 cups water
1/2 cup olive oil
2 onions, diced
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
In a medium bowl, mix ground beef, Italian-style salad dressing and tomato juice.
Drain sausage, and place in a large, resealable plastic bag. Form meat into bag, and seal bag. Process bag, salt and pepper to taste in heavy saucepan. Cook over medium-high heat until meat is brown. Serve hot.
