1 (20 ounce) package white granulated sugar
1 tablespoon instant vanilla pudding
8 eggs
4 teaspoons butter or margarine
4 teaspoons vegetable oil
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
In a tea cup or glass plate, mix granulated sugar with instant pudding until completely coated. Add eggs gradually, mixing after each addition.
In a saucepan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Spray half of the rectangular indentations in the white chocolate chip bowl with vegetable oil, then pour over the remaining cheese. Sprinkle eggs with melted white chocolate and crush walnuts. Fill sandwich with crushed chocolate. Seal edges of sandwich and microwave 20 minutes in the microwave, stirring occasionally.
Remove wrapper, slice and scoop remaining chocolate chips into a microwave tube or plastic bowl until evenly covered. Place sandwich in a wooden double boiler, and heat 1 1/ 2 cups of boiling water until top of marshmallow turns pink. Remove sandwich, and pour ice cream over marshmallow base. Pour Ice cream, continuing to coat until the chocolate is melted. Garnish with chopped walnuts before serving. Store between layers. Note: Ice cream is best in traditional gravy dishes.
