Yogurt Pie III Recipe

Ingredients

1 (3 ounce) package yogurt and fruit flavored Jell-O

1 fluid ounce vanilla flavored lemonade

1 tablespoon rum flavored extract

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 small orange

1 (12 ounce) can sliced marshmallows

1 cup pitted dates

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 9-inch pie pan with egg spray.

In a large bowl, mix yogurt and fruit flavored gelatin until smooth. Pour gelatin into a glass or metal bowl and stir until gelatin is dissolved. Pour lemonade into remaining gelatin. Stir in juice of lemonade and lemon zest. Pour over pie. Smooth edges of pan. Chill until serving.

Ok so I didn't follow the recipe exactly... I didn't use half white sugar as shown in the recipe (though I spoonfed it & it tasted amazing) and I didn't add anything resembling vegetables that I find in the store bought Chinese food items (I tried broccoli, cabbage, mushrooms, peppers...) even though I have them in the fridge. I think I'll keep this in my collection.
