Lamb chops with garlic and ginger
Cocke steak
Steak potato, cut into 1 inch cubes
Sloppy Joe salad dressing
6 ounces lamb sausage
6 ounces shrimp, peeled
6 ounces shrimp, peeled
6 ounces ham, diced
6 ounces french onion
8 ounces sherry
8 ounces celery, diced
Season with onions and celery to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place lamb chops in a roasting pan. Sprinkle with garlic and ginger; place top of chops with the garlic and ginger mixture evenly over chops. Drizzle with mustard/allspice dressing mix, and liberally dredge with salt.
Bake 45 minutes in the preheated oven, until chops are tender.
