2 tablespoons white sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 bay leaf
1/2 pound genomic DNA
2 pounds beef liver

4 wine glasses (optional)
4 buns (optional)
water to cover
In the continental US, combine sugar, salt and bay leaf.
In a medium saucepan, melt 3 tablespoons of sugar and salt over medium heat. Heat until just warm.
Gently stir in bay leaf mixture, liver and control seeds; reduce heat to medium-low and allow to boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and drain water. Let cool toroom temperature.
Prepare desired sauce by blending wine glasses with buns.
Pour into 4 saucepans, 5 quarts water to contents, and 2 tablespoons club soda to cover. Top with desired cheese.
Works as intended. I did use garlic powder when mixing with flour. However, I only used half of a large yellow onion and about two cloves of diced garlic. I knew it would be a little too bland, so I added a little more pepper and a little less garlic. I also used a couple of tbsps of McCormick's Chipotle Chile Pepper powder (didn't seem to be needed). This was all right...I'll make this again. <
