1 (3 ounce) package dry American cheese spread
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (4 ounce) can pepperjack cheese, softened
In a medium bowl, blend the cheese spread and cream cheese.
Heat a medium skillet or wok over medium heat.
In a medium saucepan, combine the pepperjack cheese and cream cheese. Stirring constantly, cook and stir until the cheese is melted and the mixture is smooth.
To serve, roll the spread into a 13x9-inch rectangle. Wrap the edges of the rectangle around the pepperjack cheese and fold edges over so that the bottom is not dry. Wrap the rest of the cheese around the folded edges. Roll and cut the spread into 15 pieces. Serve at room temperature.
