1 cup milk
1 egg
1 cup apple juice
1 tablespoon brown sugar
3 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a saucepan over medium heat, mix the milk, egg, apple juice, brown sugar, butter and white sugar. Bring to a boil, allowing the sugar to boil. Return to a boil, stirring constantly, stirring until sugar dissolves.
SPREAD mixture over cookie sheet. Remove from heat and let cool.
