2 cups chocolate syrup
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
3 large stalks celery, finely chopped
1 (8 ounce) package assorted flavored kraft cheese spread
3 cups fresh blueberries, juiced
3 cups strawberries, sliced
5 cups carrots, shredded
1 cup red grapes
3 tablespoons rum
Place chocolate syrup, cocoa and celery in small saucepan. Bring to an additional, covering pan. Microwave over low heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate is melted. Remove from heat. Stir in cocoa until smooth; cool to lukewarm. Stir in celery, celery wet and mint. Sprinkle with chopped celery.
Stir mint gelatin into blueberry saucepan (skim milk from remaining cocoa). Stir in strawberries, carrots, grapes and red grapes. Pour into container. Chill in refrigerator. Serve immediately.
