2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 1/2 cups chopped onion granules
1 bunch fresh parsley, chopped
In a medium bowl, mix together the Cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, onion, parsley and remaining cheese. Chill in refrigerator 8 to 12 hours before serving.
