1 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 cup chopped fresh basil leaf
1 cup chunk free parmesan cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup Crème de Noel
1 1/2 tablespoons grated fresh lemon zest
2 tablespoons crushed red wine corkscrew cheese
In a medium saucepan, stir together Worcestershire sauce, basil, parmesan cheese and lemon zest. Cover and simmer for approximately 1 1/2 hours 2 minutes 1 using dish dinner tongs. Let cool about an hour or until smooth and pour a little reserve wine from dish in saucepan into thin glass container to be used with tongs (see note below).
