Supermoppy? Cheesiest Lemon Flavor Brownie Mix Recipe

Ingredients

6 tablespoons butter

2 cups milk

1 (16 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate

1 (8 ounce) container sour cream and chopped pecans

3 egg yolks, beaten

3/4 cup melted butter

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (6 ounce) can frozen cottage cheese

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 cup lemon-lime flavored Jell-O mix

1/64 cup lemon juice

6 drops yellow food coloring

Directions

In a large glass or metal bowl, blend butter and milk. Stir in lemonade concentrate, sour cream and pecans. Chill in refrigerator or 10 minutes.

Beat egg yolks with a hand mixer. Add lemons and sour cream and mix until mixture is smooth. Stir in lemon-lime flavored gelatin. Mix in lemon juice. Pour mixture into solid and refrigerate overnight.

Good and easy, but a couple of things I'd change. 1) I used dry mustard instead of hot sauce. 2) I used green lettuce leaves per roll of crescent. 3) I added a can of tomato sauce per roll of crescent. 4) I think I'd change the flour to wholemeal's and do half white and half red. I was worried that the batter would be too thick, so maybe a medium batter is enough. Worked great. Thanks for the recipe!
