6 tablespoons butter
2 cups milk
1 (16 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream and chopped pecans
3 egg yolks, beaten
3/4 cup melted butter
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (6 ounce) can frozen cottage cheese
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup lemon-lime flavored Jell-O mix
1/64 cup lemon juice
6 drops yellow food coloring
In a large glass or metal bowl, blend butter and milk. Stir in lemonade concentrate, sour cream and pecans. Chill in refrigerator or 10 minutes.
Beat egg yolks with a hand mixer. Add lemons and sour cream and mix until mixture is smooth. Stir in lemon-lime flavored gelatin. Mix in lemon juice. Pour mixture into solid and refrigerate overnight.
