1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
1/4 cup butter
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
3/4 cup white sugar
18 cups milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
3 teaspoons white sugar for decoration
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, cream together butter and sugar. Beat in milk and egg. Stir in vanilla, chocolate chips and sugar. Pour mixture into crust.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until center is almost set. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
