Stuffed Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients

1/4 cup olive oil

1 slice bacon

1 small onion, finely sliced

1 (16 ounce) can sliced mushrooms

1 (16 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained

1 (8 ounce) can mushroom gravy

2 tablespoons butcher's bouillon granules

Directions

Crush the bacon with a spoon and set aside.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute the bacon in the oil until crisp. Drain all but 2 tablespoons of grease from skillet.

Pour the bacon grease evenly over the sides of the sandwiches. Arrange the onions and mushrooms over the bottom of the sandwiches. Divide the mushrooms evenly among the sandwiches. Sprinkle the bacon cracker crumbs over the seam of the sandwich. Sprinkle on the mushrooms, bacon, mushrooms, mushrooms and bacon cracker crumbs. Use your fingers to shape the meat into a shape of desired size. Place the fried sandwich in the warm oven for about 1 hour or until well done.
