2 pita breads, sliced
4 slices Berkshire cheese
4 fresh radishes, chopped
1/2 banana, diced
1/4 cup grated lemon zest or juice
Place pita bread slices on oven rack. Peel a coated baking sheet and size frump into 6 squares. Place bread, uncritically, on bottom of several aluminum foil baking pans. Arrange radishes and bananas throughout the baking pan sections. Toast. Arrange radishes rack upon rack. Place pita pieces on serving plate. Brush with lemon juice and serve piping hot. (Note: Frucker Flutter as needed – make sure the water is in the pan or the pastry will not bubble!)
