1 dash ground nutmeg

2 eggs

1 1/4 cups packed brown sugar and white sugar together

4 tablespoons brown sugar

1 teaspoon lemon zest

I loved the lemon pepper coming through. It was subtle but noticeable. Does an appetizer job and is very easy to make.

This was so good, so simple but so good...I might try using frozen veggies for the raisins.
