Use a full bag of raisins. I had to hunt down the fresh ones, as I usually don't have them. I trimmed the sugar to a nice consistency with my pastry cutter(I swear, it was by far the smoothest, best texture , and colorless cookie I have ever made). Would recommend this recipe to anyone, great to keep for graduations and parties.

I cut down the mustard to little pieces, added mushrooms and waited for the right moment to add them. Perfect! So flavorful and relaxing.

Made it the first time with only 2 cups of dressing and now I make 2 tbsps next time.

This was a fun and tasty recipe. I made it exactly according to the box directions and it came out wonderful. I also made slight tweaking to the recipe to try and kill the growing yeast, which I thought was a little harsh. I actually added more than a Tablespoon of Sugar and a Tablespoon of Brown Sugar and still added nearly perfect texture. I used Garlic, Sage, Red Pepper, and Thyme instead of garlic, parsley, and basil. I also omitted the Garlic. It was the first time I had ever included a spice rub ingredient and I was very pleased with my results. I will definitely add this to my rotation and hopefully it will help someone else with this same problem.

I used minced garlic instead of garlic cloves. This makes it more flavorful and also gives it a flavorful kick. I also threw in some dried cranberries and dried cranberries juice to complement the flavor. A simple yet extremely delicious combo! I.E. You can't taste the raspberry in this rub!

For my first review, I wrote down the ingredients and what I tried to make. I did exactly that. There are few ingredients that I did not add, I will explain. First, I did not add the salt....that is, I used 1Tbsp of brown sugar and 1/2 tsp of salt. Second, I did not measure the oil and butter. Instead, I just put the ingredients in a bowl and stirred. My husband said "That is a lot of butter" and I should have added more. The beauty of this recipe is that you can add in as many spices as you want, as long as you keep the proportions right. I have added garlic and chili powder to mine and will continue to experiment with different spices. Thank you to the recipe poster for this recipe!

This is a fantastic rub! It is deliciously spicy, yet sweet and makes your food taste like dessert. I usually put in a package of dried basil (just a handful), but I have also used minced fresh basil and it worked fine. I put it in just 3-4 inches of water, depending on how thick I wanted my rub.
