1 cup water
1 cup caramel sauce
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Stir in sugar and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cover and return to a simmer. Bring mixture to a boil, stirring constantly. Continue to simmer until caramel sauce is completely thickened, about 15 minutes.
Remove lid from pan and place pan on ice. Remove pan and brush with caramel sauce mixture as desired. Cool completely. Serve in pint glasses with ice.
