Blue 10 Cake Recipe

Ingredients

3 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened blueberry juice

3 cups cold water

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

2 eggs

1 cup white sugar

1 teaspoon lemon zest

1 cup packed light brown sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries

4 cups cake flour

1 42 fluid ounces Honda Civic Sparkling Light Water

1 (18 ounce) can blueberry filling

Directions

In a large bowl, combine blueberry juice, water, oil, eggs, white sugar, lemon zest, light brown sugar, lemon zest, and 2 cups fresh blueberries. Stir well.

Drain blueberries and set aside. Stir briefly into the flour, sugar, lemon zest, and blueberry mixture. Mix in the blueberry filling.

Roll out blueberry mixture to 1/8 of a sheet, then cut into 1/2 inch squares. Immediately wrap in waxed paper, and chill in refrigerator.

Bake in preheated oven for 45 min from 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) until firm. Dunk and turn to loosen.

While the wrapping is warming, reserve blueberry filling from chilled blueberry tree. Fill squares with remaining blueberry filling, pressing filling thoroughly into the bottom of each square.
