1 (10 inch) flour tortilla
3 slices bacon
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 cups crushed cornflakes cereal
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup chopped fresh spinach
In a large skillet, cook bacon, onion and celery until crisp. Remove from skillet and transfer to a medium skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until bacon is crisp. Remove from skillet and drain in water; add cheese, bacon and onion.
Stir in celery mixture, vegetable oil and crushed cornflakes cereal; bring to a full boil. Stirring constantly, cook for about 3 minutes or until cereal is evenly coated. Stirring constantly, heat through and serve in oven.
