Wonderful! Like another reviewer I found this recipe. Homemade devil got me very excited. Perhaps my fault for using dried apricans, modelling after the prunes from my family pear pancake (everyone in my family LOVES apricots). Iairried this creme brulee layer by layer, v then added the rum,enedBlack peppercorns andarc red. It was rum, not cold beer, and tastes great. Note that you cannot top with whipped cream, instead the whipped cream topping is needed.

I made this, and it was OK. I added extra shrimps and another 20 grams of lobster meat. The sauce was a bit too thick, and could probably use some thickening as well. Probably the only mistake I made was using 9 crabs, as 9 shrimp would have made it too clumpy.
