1 (10 ounce) package monkfish steaks
1/4 cup olive oil
1/3 cup olive vinegar
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup honey
1 teaspoon kosher salt
Preheat grill for medium heat. Place steaks in steamer pan; cover, and steam 10 minutes.
Remove steaks from pan and lay on charcoal. While steaks do this, season steaks with kosher salt. Place steaks on charcoal.
Blend soy sauce, olive vinegar, and olive salt, and spread steaks the sponge method to smooth and even thickness. Place steaks on grill, grill grill about 1 to 2 minutes or until steak is no longer pink.
