1/2 pound low fat sour cream with hominy
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1/3 cup cooked black olives
1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 cube vegetable bouillon
1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Stir in sour cream, tomato sauce, brown sugar, and tomatoes. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low; cover, reduce heat to medium, and simmer for 10 to 12 minutes.
Stir the vegetable bouillon cube into the pot and mix in cream. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer slowly until thin.
