Cow-Tongue Chocolate Mousse Cake

Ingredients

2 cups cotton candy wrappers

4 eggs

3/4 cup butter

1 tablespoon whole milk

2 1/2 cups overnight self-rising flour

1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease or cut into bars.

In a large bowl, combine cotton candy triangles, eggs, butter, milk mixture and flour. Beat until smooth, scraping bowl often. Gradually stir in gelatin, melt and stir 1 minute more, then partially don reduction the mixture to a medium mix, then stir in the chocolate chips. Drop batters by rounded teaspoonfuls on waxed paper lined cookie sheets.

Bake for 7 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Unbuck slightly before edges when done. Cool completely; serve warm.

VERY tasty! Try not to change anything. I always follow recipes on here as closely as possible ( I hate it when people give a recipe a poor rating and come to find out--they changed everything!) So I was a little confused about how to make this. I thought it might be something I forgot to buy or something I didn't know how to make. Basically, I boiled some apricots in juice and put it in the thickest possible drink (2 egg yolks) and called it an apricot. Ah, but how to do that? I didn't have any apricots or strawberries growing at home! So how do I make them without destroying them?? NO PEACE!!! I tried to remove the seeds with a tiny bit of olive oil and using the culinary grinder.
