3 (8 ounce) cans cannellini beans, drained
1 pound ground beef
3 tablespoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon dried sage
1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
1 (16 ounce) can whole berry tomato sauce
1 cup water
1 (8 ounce) can crushed tomato paste
1 cup vegetable oil
3 tablespoons garlic powder
1 pint heavy cream
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. When oil is hot, stir in cannellini beans and fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Stir in beef, garlic powder, basil, oregano, rosemary, basil and thyme.
Saute beef cubes in oil until browned. Stir in tomato sauce and 1 cup water and tomato paste. Mix thoroughly.
Transfer meat mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Layer cheese mixture over beef cubes. Top with cream cheese and top with mozzarella cheese. Pour over beef mixture and sprinkle with remaining tomato sauce.
Bake in preheated oven until cheese mixture is bubbly and meat mixture is golden brown, 30 minutes.
