2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) can sliced crab
8 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/3 cup prepared Dijon mustard
1 1/2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon prepared lemon zest
1 (1 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese and crab.
In a separate medium bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat cream cheese mixture into crab mixture.
Lightly grease a large skillet.
Lightly butter a medium saucepan.
In a small bowl, beat 1/4 cup mayonnaise with 2 teaspoons lemon juice until creamy.
In a large bowl, mix vanilla pudding mix with remaining lemon juice. Stir to coat.
