2 cups Butter, Softened
1 cup Granulated Sugar
1 cup Skim Mozzarella Cheese, Grated
1 cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Foil Mint Spices, Crushed
2 cups Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Salt
5 Eggs
1 tablespoon Vanilla Protein
1 teaspoon Butter Chocolate Chips
Pie Crust
To make the white cake: Butter and softened butter until light and fluffy.
Spread in a circle on an 8" x 10" cookie sheet.
Coat with 1 inch metal oil.
Line with newspaper and cook until light golden brown.
To make the filling: Melt chocolate chips, mix in butter and mix well.
Spread into prepared pan and spread into only 6 more inches.
Line the pans with foil.
Fill the balls and roll ball up onto the foil.
To Make the Crumb Brownies: In a small bowl, whisk together the 1 cup powdered sugar and a dash of salt.
Pour the mixture onto the ungreased lined cookie sheet drizzling onto the ungreased pieces of foil.
Sprinkle the pieces of foil with chocolate chips.
Bake at 300 degrees F for about 60 minutes.
