1 1/2 cups whipping cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup white sugar
1 cup coffee
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon orange blossom water
1 cup chocolate chips
In a medium bowl, mix together the whipping cream, vanilla extract, sugar, coffee, orange blossom water, chocolate and vanilla extract. Transfer to a mixing bowl. Mix gently until desired consistency is reached.
Return whipped cream mixture to microwave oven. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour mixture in a second whipping cream dish. Stir to expand bubbles. Cover cups and refrigerate.
Heat the orange zinger in a small electric or electric stand mixer five minutes per 1 quart of milk to make a "creamier" and "creamier" cream. Pour mixture into whipped cream cups. Chill in refrigerator.
