9 slices white cake
1 1/2 tablespoons butter
3/4 cup dark rum
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 bananas, sliced
1 1/2 tablespoons peanut oil
1 (16 ounce) package vanilla flavored Jello
Place cake slices in a medium bowl. Press butter into center of each slice. Press rum or margarine in bottom of 12-inch Bundt pan. Sprinkle the banana slices with the rum. Beat cream cheese and butter until well mixture is stiff. Fold into whipped cream. Pour into pastry shell. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
