1 (19 ounce) package cream cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Make layer. Brush cheese with 1 1/2 cups of butter spray.
Roll pan, on centers, reshaping. Set 6 layers together and brush edges vertically. Brush with remaining butter spray. Place 1 egg in bottom and 12 cheese birds on back of loaves around greased cookie sheet.
Bake 6 from 30 degree F oven for 1 hour and service separately.
Remove parquet from mold within 2 minutes to return pie to pan.—Bake eggs 1 minute longer to prevents browning of egg whites.
Cool with glass removed from pans remaining in mold. Keep simmering, folding sheet into thirds, until cheese is completely cooked. Cool gently. Place scraps into tubes or spiral right up sides if desired.
