2 cups pumpkin puree
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1/2 cup white sugar
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 egg yolks
In a blender, combine the pumpkin puree, butter, white sugar, brown sugar, salt and egg yolks. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Remove pumpkin from refrigerator and mash. Let cool slightly.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Very good recipe. When you remove crescent rolls from tube, notice two halves. Still rolled up see the perforation in the middle. Pull off halves and spoon on top of rolls. Delicious!
