Strawberry Cream Pie V Recipe

Ingredients

1 (9 inch) prepared chocolate cookie crumb crust

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 1/2 cups sugar

1 (4 ounce) can frozen strawberry flavored Jell-O

1 (16 ounce) can sliced strawberries, drained

1 quart heavy whipping cream

1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix

1 cup evaporated milk

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

In an electric mixer, beat cream cheese, sugar, and gelatin. Mix until smooth. Stir in strawberries and pudding mix.

Spread cream cheese mixture into pastry shell. Cover edges of the pastry shell and glue to seal. Press on top of crust.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes, or until center of crust is nearly set. Flip, and continue to bake 15 minutes, or until crust is golden brown. Cool completely and frost with whipped cream. Chill at least 2 hours before cutting into slices. Cut into squares or squares (optional).
