1 cup chicken broth
1 cup water
1 cup leafy green vegetables, diced
2 medium onions, diced
1 medium carrot, diced
3 medium potatoes, diced
2 cups fresh mushrooms
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed chicken broth
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
In a large pot, combine chicken broth, water, carrots, potatoes, mushrooms, broth, cheese and chicken mixture. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 5 minutes. Mix in flour and rice. Simmer 5 minutes more, stirring constantly.
