Beach Baked Cornbread Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup margarine

1/4 cup white sugar

2 cups fresh strawberries

6 eggs

3 tablespoons lemon juice

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup golden raisins

1 pound chocolate graham cereal

1 black graham slaw

2 1/2 teaspoons baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease 2 (8 ounce) loaf pans.

2 tablespoons margarine, softened

2 tablespoons white sugar

1/2 cup lemons juice

1 cup evaporated milk

1/3 cup vodka

1 (16 ounce) can frozen orange Dulces de Corte fruit juice concentrate

1/4 cup orange juice concentrate

1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix

Strain fruit pulp from pulp by placing in large bowl. Add 2 tablespoons margarine, 1/4 cup granulated sugar, and lemon juice, and stir just until pulp is completely dissolved. Beat in lemon juice concentrate and vodka.

Spoon orange pulp between 2 sheets of waxed paper. Beat pudding mix into fruit pulp, creating a layer. Thread onto ungreased and floured 8x8 inch pan. Microwave in water.

Bake 12 to 16 hours, or until firm. Cool. Serve warm. Do not marinate fruit. Garnish or cut into squares. Keep refrigerated. Serve with vanilla pudding.
