3/4 cup shredded almonds
3/4 cup butter, softened
2 1/2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup Honey
1/4 cup Nutmeg
3 eggs
1/2 cup almond paste
3/4 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup raisins
3 large graham cookies
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, oats, honey, nutmeg and eggs. Mix in the sugar and salt. Stir in the egg mixture, almonds, oats, honey, nutmeg, and oats mixture. Roll into 1 inch balls. Roll the balls into walnut sized cookies.
